I like to try different things around the holidays with the girls, and it is a great opportunity to learn about another culture or way of celebrating. Last year, I found a cool box game from England.
Anyone have any traditions to share? Maybe from living in another country, or learning about your heritage, or even marrying into a new family and picking up on something new?

Since becoming a "Rawe", I have enjoyed learning how to make candy over the last couple of years, since I'm here in Oregon by myself this year, I'm hoping it will turn out ok.
One of my favorite traditions I have from home is having Christmas Crackers at the dinner table on Christmas day, I love wearing the silly paper hat and get very excited at the silly gifts inside.
Now we have Amelia I cannot wait to start some new family traditions!
NO CROWN - NO FOOD!! Everyone knows the rule at my house. We have used crackers for several years now and we LOVE them!! You will always see our family in Thanksgiving pictures with crowns!
